In the role of Commercial Optimization Lead / Incentives Analyst, you will focus on ensuring that incentives, rewards, and promotional expenditures are effective, sustainable, and well-managed. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing promotional performance, supporting data-driven offer design, and maximizing the commercial impact of incentive strategies while managing costs and risks.

The Role

You will engage in daily activities that include:

• Analyzing the effectiveness and commercial return of incentives, rewards, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring ROI, promotional expenses, and cost exposure to ensure alignment with key commercial KPIs.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to abuse, bonus leakage, and other inefficiencies in promotional activities.
• Supporting offer design and pricing strategies through commercial modeling and performance analysis.
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations to VIP and Promotions Managers for optimizing promotional strategies.
• Collaborating closely with the Data Analytics team to develop tools that enhance performance monitoring and cost control.
• Working with the Finance team to translate marketing KPIs into financial performance and uncover opportunities for optimizing promotional impact.
• Producing regular performance reports and insights to aid decision-making.
