In this role, you will oversee carrier performance and last-mile delivery using our carrier platform, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will monitor shipment tracking, delivery KPIs, and handle exceptions to proactively resolve delivery issues. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate inventory movements between our retail store, pop-up locations, external warehouses, and central distribution centers. Your responsibilities also include enhancing inventory accuracy across ERP and WMS systems through leading cycle counts and stock audits in accordance with internal control standards. You will act as the primary contact for logistics service providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience in an omnichannel or e-commerce environment is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Proficient in stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
