Yaz Loukhal created Yaz Associates in June 1997 as an independent company specializing in executive recruitment for European start-ups of American software organizations. Today we focus on placing senior level executives in top companies in Europe's ERP, Supply Chain, and Customer Information System markets.

Yaz has 15 years'​ experience in the Information Technology business sector. Beginning in customer service for Dun and Bradstreet Software, he advanced quickly to pre-sales, sales, and sales management. He worked for several companies - including Marcam, The Indus Group, and Scopus Technology - and demonstrated a particular ability to open new markets. His experience took him to Belgium, Holland, Middle East, Eastern Europe and France before settling in London.

Since becoming a recruiter, fifteen years ago, Yaz has built up a large network of international clients who have come to appreciate his large international network and thorough understanding of the IT Industry, Banking, ERP, Supply Chain and Customer Relationship markets.

Yaz holds a degree in liberal arts and the humanities from the State University of New York. He speaks English and French.

The Role

We are seeking a New Business Key Account Manager to drive sales for leading European companies. Our client is a rapidly growing and well-established SaaS provider offering a unique Digital Payment and Subscription Management solution tailored for large enterprises. This solution has been successfully implemented by prominent European automotive manufacturers such as Daimler, Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen, as well as in the healthcare sector. The company is profitable and is currently in an expansion phase.

The Role

This position is remote within the EU, with regular visits to the headquarters in Germany. We are looking for sales professionals who can work independently and have a proven track record of achieving new revenue targets with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed new logo targets in B2B enterprise or scale-up environments.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across buying committees, including CFOs, Controllers, CIOs, and Product/Billing Operations.
  • Build and maintain a proactive sales pipeline.
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, managing ambiguity and resource constraints while seizing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech sales, preferably with exposure to billing, ERP, CPQ, or revenue management solutions.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in sectors such as manufacturing, mobility, telecommunications, utilities, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving Finance, IT, and Operations, with a knack for building internal champions.
  • Familiarity with products like Zuora, Chargebee, SAP Subscription Billing, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional European languages, particularly German, as a plus.
