We are looking for a Clinical Trial Manager II in the Eindhoven area to join our dynamic team at ICON plc, a leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the development of innovative treatments.

The Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment strategies, develop comprehensive clinical trial protocols, and oversee the daily operations of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will analyze and interpret clinical trial data to identify trends and provide insights that optimize study outcomes. Proactively addressing challenges and communicating effectively with stakeholders will be key to facilitating smooth trial processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in clinical trial management.
