The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Order-to-Invoice activities for To-the-Market Supply, including coordination of import/export and end-to-end shipments for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global distribution of pharmaceutical products.
  • Process supply orders daily.
  • Manage export and import documentation.
  • Book and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Handle and resolve service and transport challenges.
  • Coordinate and execute return processes.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and supply chain team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers (affiliates, distributors, etc.) and on-site departments.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to periodic KPI assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and keep job-related training current.
  • Regularly review Order-to-Cash policies and procedures, recommending operational enhancements.
  • Share responsibility with Corporate Planning, Distribution, and Quality for executing disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work within a diverse, international team.
  • Strong affinity for computer work.
  • Advanced communication skills.
