The Role

We are currently looking for a Product Success Manager to enhance product adoption, ensure customer value, and foster long-term account growth for a dynamic tech organization. This position is perfect for a strategic, data-oriented individual who excels in complex B2B settings and collaborates closely with enterprise clients to optimize platform performance and achieve business objectives.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients throughout the EMEA region. You will drive product adoption, feature engagement, and measurable ROI for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients across EMEA.
  • Promote product adoption, feature engagement, and measurable ROI for customers.
  • Create and implement customized success plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Convert customer feedback into structured product insights and roadmap contributions.
  • Track customer health scores, usage metrics, retention rates, and expansion potential.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Minimize churn through proactive risk detection and engagement strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding, enablement, and enterprise-level product training.
  • Contribute to scalable customer success frameworks and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for feature launches and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Product Success, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management within B2B Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, adoption rate).
  • Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional, international environment.

This is a full-time position in the B2B Technology/SaaS industry, reporting to the VP of Customer Success or Chief Product Officer.
