The Role

Als BIM Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en coördineren van digitale 3D-modellen voor bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Je werkt met toonaangevende software zoals Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD en Civil 3D. Je coördineert multidisciplinaire modellen (architectuur, constructie, MEP), voert clash detecties uit en genereert bouwdocumentatie, tekeningen en planningen vanuit het model. Je beheert de Common Data Environment (CDE) en documentcontrole, stelt BIM-uitvoeringsplannen (BEP) op en waarborgt projectstandaarden. Daarnaast ondersteun je projectteams met modelgebaseerde hoeveelheidsbepalingen en kostenramingen, en fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers bij BIM-leveringen en overdrachten. Je zorgt voor naleving van BIM-standaarden zoals ISO 19650 en PAS 1192.

Vereisten

  • Bachelor in Civiele Techniek, Architectuur, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar
  • Uitgebreide ervaring met BIM-authoring tools: Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, Bentley OpenBuildings
  • Vaardigheid in clash detectie en coördinatie: Navisworks, Solibri, BIM Track
  • Ervaring met point cloud processing: Recap Pro, Leica Cyclone
  • Kennis van GIS-integratie, IFC en open BIM workflows
  • Begrip van LOD/LOI, bouwfasering en 4D/5D BIM
  • Ervaring met datamanagementplatformen zoals Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Trimble Connect
  • Grondige kennis van ISO 19650, nationale BIM-richtlijnen, EIR en BEP
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking tussen disciplines
  • Vermogen om teamleden te trainen en ondersteunen in BIM-tools
  • Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewaking bij modelaudits
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen bij ontwerpconflicten
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel inzetbaar op meerdere projecten
  • Ervaring met grootschalige bouw-, infrastructuur- of industriële projecten
  • Ervaring met scripting/automatisering (Dynamo, Python voor Revit API) is een voordeel.
